    At the risk of having Ray beat me up, the Double Unders weren’t frustrating today!! 10 of the 12 rounds were unbroken!

    Double Unders…Lost rope twice, stepped on rope three times, threw rope several times, lassoed JF once, (again…sorry) basically just hate’em!
    May have to steal my daughters Barbie Girl Power rope at home to practice.

    Gregg was a DU MACHINE today…Very impressive.

    HSPU position on one of the poles, had a pillow between my head and the floor to prevent a “going-down-to-quick” concussion, and helped myself out at times by using my legs against the pole to pull myself back up. Progressions. I’m getting to a HSPU

    24″ box. DU were difficult: strung 2-3 together by the end.

  11. Did a couple of deadlift attempts before this one – I desperately want over 300lbs, only managed 295, starting with a bit of a rounded back.

    7 rounds flat, feet on the ground for HSPU – I really need to work on my shoulder strength.

  15. Ok! I had to do the workout. At work! And I put a twist on it! Did 20 rounds for time , 5 hspu off a bench , 10 du’s , 15. 75 lb back squats! Omg! I almost fell down at the end! But what a sweat! Lol
