Go for Max Rounds

Perform one set every minute on the minute, add 10lbs per round until failure.

2 x Thrusters (Starting weight 75/45)

    Now that was a power workout! Everyone today was determined to push some weight around. I think Steve did 205 llbs!!! Nice.

  3. I did indeed push 205 and failed on 215. At that weight, it was hard getting the front squat component of the Thruster.

  4. very frustrating workout for me today! lack of flexibility led to bending my back the wrong , which limited everything! 🙁

  6. 2rep max at 155. I was able to get one rep out of a 165, but the second rep (tried several times) would stick half way between my shoulders and lock out.

    Indeed a power workout

  7. 185 max. Managed to clean the 195 (new PR!) and squat it but failed to get it over my head and locked out. Really happy with the workout though, awesome power workout!

  9. Did this at 6pm.
    Got a round of the 195lb in…went for 205.
    Cleaned it, held it for a second but didn’t get it overhead.
