  1. Good news, I was able to move my schedule around a bit, therefore I will be available both Sunday and Monday evenings for any pre-hopper practice

    1st Round:
    49 Calories rowed
    35 toes to bar
    69 wall balls
    67 kips ups

    2nd round: (knees were chaffing from kip ups, subbed out for ring push ups)
    61 calories rowed
    56 toes to bar
    41 wall balls
    40 ring pushups
