Advice for those going up to Moncton this weekend, Do ring incline pull ups to save your hands.

  1. 18:08. Did inverted pullups on the rings to save my hands… they sucked haha. Good workout, the 5pm crowd did an awesome job.

  3. 20 something minutes. Not exactly sure how Ben got so far away from me, especially when my sit-ups were unbroken, and (atleast I thought I was) banging out the push-ups.

    Started with the inverted rows too, but got sick of it after a while. Was taking too much time. Completed 70 inverted reps before finishing the last 30 reps on the bar. Luckily, I didn’t rip my hands
