30 Clean and Jerks for time.

  • 135 lbs Men / 95 lbs Women

For those competing in the Hopper Event this weekend, here‘s a list of the movements you’ll be tasked with. Nothing too technical.

And Bus Pull teams…. could each of you approach people at your workplace to assemble a team of 10. It’s a great cause and would show great support for your gym. We have incentives in mind for members who assemble a team to enter.

Take some time to read this article. It has some very relevant information regarding lifting and scaling.

  2. Great job today everyone! We had some great times posted on the board.
    I did this with the 6pm crew. It made me a bit nervous.
    Finished in 1:46 as rx’d. Felt pretty good.

  3. couldnt make it in today but did a workout here at work 2nite. 5 rounds of- 400 meter run, 10 clean and jerk with db’s 50 lbs each hand , and 15 back extensions! can u say SWEAT! WOOHOO

    was extremely nervous to start this it was my first time doing it with 95#
