  1. 87 total reps, Bench really died after the first two rounds.

    Could be because I am not eating enough…..

    Bench was terrible: 3,3,2,2,2 (but bench press has never been my strength)
    Overall, good workout

  3. 129, arms feel like they might explode, good workout.

    10 days off has taken a toll on my pull-ups, bench press and general movments such as turning around 🙂
