For Time:

3 Rounds

  • 50 Farmers Walk (steps – 45lb plates/25lb plates)
  • 40 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 30 Mountain Climbers *
  • 20 Toes 2 Bar
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm/ 40+/25+)

  2. How come after 4 months of Crossfit, and I can actually see my toes, I gottta stick them over my head?! ;o)

    That was a great workout today that had everyone soaked and winded at the end.

  3. Yeah, good workout. Soaked through my shirt, took a shower, and soaked through the clean one. Walking around uptown in a sweat drenched mess might be akward for most people, I wear it with pride. Physical reminder of the weakness that is leaving my body. ha

    21.10, migth have screwed up the count on the mountain climbers on the first round. Thought it was 1-for-1 not 2-for-1. Re-adjusted for all subsequent rounds.

    36″ tire jumps were a bitch
    35lb KB for 1st round followed by 40lb. KB

  4. Last note: I need to work on that hip drive. tire jumps were lacking power

    Tire jumps = death 🙂

    35lb plates – My left hand wouldn’t hold the 45lb plate.

    Last time we did mountain climbers it was 1-for-1, so that’s what I went with.

    40lb kb snatches – left arm was a little sketchy, and in the first round I treated it as 10 per hand.
