  1. i may be in after work, not for the wod but to work on a few movements. ITS REST DAY!

  2. Anything with pushups is grotesque, but not as grotesque as what I left on the floor after this WOD – I even had to shake my head at myself! 😀

    5 Rounds + 8 Reps as Rx’d

  3. 6 rounds + 9 Clapping pushups as Rx’d (challenged myself to hit every K2E, and if I didn’t touch my elbows or arms, than no count, even if it was close).

  4. 4 rounds + 7 knees to elbows.

    Dropped the weight to 95 on the squats to work on exploding up.
