We’re going to borrow a WOD from the main site today.

Three rounds for time of:

  • 30 Wallball Shots, 20 pound ball
  • 30 Squat Snatches 75lb (movement initiates with barbell below the knees) (All I can say is scale scale scale based on proficiency)
