Filthy 50 on Friday!

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
50 Walking Lunge steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions (Good mornings with 45 lb bar)
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

  2. that’s the third 50’s I’ve done since I’ve joined. This time I was lucky enough that it didn’t break my brain on wall balls converting me in to a screaming baby….which is a good thing.

    Press 190
    Deadlift 415…. Unhappy that I did not match my previous 435…or come close to Dave’s 465…

    915 is mine… pretty far from the 1000 but will be getting it before end of the year.
