  • 5 Barbell Burpee Squat Clean Thrusters (95#/65#)
  • 5 Pull Ups (Weighted if possible, 45#/30#)

  2. I’ll admit I didn’t wipe up my gross the other day but I also didn’t have chalk on my hands.

    9 Rounds + 2 reps today – good times!

  4. 8 rounds + 5 reps… scaled with 75lbs. (working on the drive) and used 35lbs. weighted pullups

  5. Great job today…Mondays are always tough and everyone grinded through it.

    I did this one at 6pm with Nick.

    Did the Rx’d BBSCT 95, and chickened out only using 25 lb kettlebell for pull ups. most were broken after 5 rounds.

    Got 11 rounds + 4 reps

    A bit rough but better than I expected.

  7. 8 rounds + 1 rep, scaled at 75lbs, 2x #1 bands used for the pullups, as my deadhangs get questionable after 3.
