Did you get your accumulated 10 mins in the bottom of the squat this week?

How about the 4 mins per leg of the hip stretch?

  5. Doing double unders tonight after 6 beers. Consistently getting between 5 -15. Point is I’m thinking too much at the gym.

    Got 12 for today’s workout. Jammed my thumbs dropping the weight. Had more in me. I had 14 as a goal.
