Today:

3 Rounds, 1 minute each movement for max reps (cals). The combined reps of each round is your score.

  • Burpee Pull Ups
  • Hand Stand Push Ups
  • Rowing (cals)
  • Box Jumps (Tires/24″)
  • Leg Raises

  5. Having a great time at KV Jazz/Blues Fest equals a not so great WOD time:o(

    3R @ 85% Deadlifts
    Warmup: 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 170 x 5, 205 x 3, 240 x 2
    Work: 270 x 3

    WOD: 75 – 69 – 71 = 215

  8. 243 with 20lbs weight vest. Great workout, vest made this super tough, worth doing it though. Great work to Leah who is killing workouts especially since she just started, great stuff.

    • Holy Sh*t… Did this after Ben with 30lb vest on. The HSPU were ugly.
      Managed to get 232.

      Just want to point out that both Sherri and Leah are doing great. Killing these WOD without fear.
