Mobility work

3 sets of 5 reps weighted dips

then:

3 rounds for time of:
8 Deadlifts (225, 155… scale where appropriate)
400 meter Run

    Had to put something a bit more reasonable.

    185 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
    7 Burpees
    7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood

    My muscles weren’t so much fatigued from the deadlifts as they just stopped receiving signal from my brain.

  10. Had to workout at work tonight! Did. 5 min run then a 21-15-9 of squats and back extensions! With 10 lbs (squats were 185″! And ended with a 5 min run

    I hate running.
