  1. Squat snatchs are hard. I had do this with just the bar…but this is better then the last time I did them. Last time I did squats snatches I had to switch between the wooden bar and the regular bar.


  2. As amazing as this looked, I didn’t/won’t make it in today. I’ll be in at lunch time tomorrow.

  3. 9:2? with 65 pounds. Worked more on form today

  4. 12:59 with the wooden bar and elastic bands on the pull ups.
