    Did 4 x 500m Row at 5:30, 1:44, 1:52, 1:57 & 1:54 for times. My legs are still shaking.

    5R @ 80% Bench Press
    Warmup: bar x 5, bar x 5, 75 x 5, 105 x 3, 135 x 2
    Work: 152

    WOD: 6:18
    Scales: HSPU with #3/#4 Jolly Jumper and 185lbs

  6. Finnished in 6:05

    Did 235 lbs for Dead Lifts and used the tires for HSPU.

    BTW: Ray is built for Diane. Finnished in 3:15 which is insane.

    • Well…
      Seeing how well everyone did inspired me to do it too. As rx’d.
      Let’s just say HSPU are more than a GOAT for me. The DL were more of an inconvenience as they were interfering with my delight.
      Apparently i will be incorporating more pressing in my training.

      Let’s put it this way. I mournfully wrote my time on the board as 10:38… And Ben shared with me that my time was actually 11;38… TEAR 🙁

      But on the bright side. I had support from some great people and i had persevered through it as rx’d.

  10. 10:00 @ 185 and hspu on the tire. Hspu is officially a goat, but that’s to be expected when even regular pushups are less than awesome.
