200 meter KB Farmer’s walk (70, 45)

  1. Strength to Start:
    3R @ 85% Press
    warmup: bar x 5, bar x 5, 65 x 5, 85 x 3, 105 x 2
    work: 117 x 3

    WOD: 16:44

    Used two 35lb plates for the Farmer’s walk. Bad idea considering most folks used 1 or 2 kettlebells…..

  2. Work on Max Push Press 3 x 3
    Warmup: bar x 3
    65 x3, 85 x3, 95 x3

    WOD: 10:13 with two 25lb plates for the farmers walk. I’m with Greg I should have used two kettlebells instead. My forearms are still feeling wreaked.

    Goodtimes though.

  3. 2×185 Push Press

    WOD with 40lb Kettlebells, 14:06.

  4. WOD 10:48…
    Used 70llb kettlebell for run. Almost used it as a bowling ball on one of the laps.
    JPU’s were not the best, however, unbroken Good Mornings saved me! Almost as fun as deadlifts…Almost. ;o)

  5. 185 for my push press
    Did some front squats for strength:
    75×5, 95×5, 135×5, 155×3, 165×2
    Work: 180×5
    Wod was 8:22 with kettlebells.

  7. Ben…you’re a freak. I don’t know how the hell I ever beat you on ‘Jackie’ back in May… must’ve been hung over and couldn’t use one of your legs at the time.

    WOD 10:44 with a 50lb kb in one hand and a 20lb kb in the other.

  9. Haha geeez guys now I’m blushing haha. Greg honestly I think you have me in ‘Jackie’ anytime, I suck at rowing like really badly which is exceptionally sad considering I actually rowed as a sport. I think Amy should be mentioned too though, she did this in 9:30ish I think but she used the tires to do ghd sit-ups, it was awesome.
