  • 20 Floor Wipers (L – R = 1)

  • 15 Spartan Push Ups
  • 1 Suicide Run
  • 20 Knees to elbows

  • 15 Hindu Push Ups

  2. Have you ever done suicides at a practice??? We have a great idea and location for it…. Ray will be grinning ear to ear for this one.

  3. As disgusting as this one looks I’m glad it’s not that 500m row and then 400m run monstrosity that was up earlier. I also saw that comic the other day and laughed pretty hard haha.

    Ahhh…Suicides…Just you and 100 yards of field to puke on…Good times…

    Mobility & Strength today
    3R @ 85% Deadlifts
    warmup: 95×5, 135×5, 170×5, 205×3, 240×2
    work: 275×3

  7. Hey nice work kicking my butt today Justin and Steve! This was one of those ones that you just get through….fun but hard. I got my 500m row time down to 128.6 before the wod too…my lungs are literally still burning from it, I’m not kidding.

    I also think that the mobility work is been good and we should all try to keep it up especially if you think it’s one of your goats (definitely mine). I can get my foot up on the hip flexors stretch now! Although I wimper like my daughter when I don’t give her ice cream as I’m getting out of it….her pain cave is ice cream, mine is my hip flexors.

  9. Strength. Warmup was 45 x 5, 75 x 5, 95 x 5, 125 x 3, 135 x 3
    work 5 x 165 only one set
    WOD 16:17 floorwipers with 75lbs
    after wod 3 x 5 with 135 for fun

  10. Strength: Press:
    Bar x5, 75×5, 95×5, 105×3, 115×2
    Work: 130×3
    WOD: 10:45, used 135lbs for floor wipers. Suicides are awful, haven’t done them since I played Football and know I remember why haha. Good workout, loved all the crazy push ups.

  11. Should note by strength work was back squat.

  12. Wod 15:45 and I did a couple of front squats for fun. I hate running but this one made it almost fun. Almost.
