  • 20 Single arm ring pulls
  • 40 Squat cleans (155, 95)
  • 60 Toes to bar
  • 120 KB Swings (70,50)

  1. Russel and I did this workout together today. I think we now need an 80llb kettlebell to really make it interesting…;o)

    WOD 18:04 fully Rx’d.

    As a side note; if you slide over to CF Fredericton you will see that JF has already made the photo section in their WOD! Looks good JF!

    warmup: 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 170 x 5, 215 x 3, 255 x 2
    work: 290 x 1

    WOD (Me & Super Steve): 13:44

    Steve scales: 70lb KB for 20 reps, 60lbs for the rest; 155lb squat cleans
    Greg scales: 50lb KB; 115lb squat cleans

    Work: 140×1
    WOD was 8:40ish with Tom, Tom scaled and did 115lbs cleans, I scaled to 135 squat cleans.
    Tom and I decided to do Linda afterward because we’re morons. Did not do it for time, just completion. Did everything based on my body weight so: 160lbs bench, 240lbs deadlifts and 120lbs cleans. Reps are 10-9-87-65-4-3-2-1 of those three exercises for anyone not familiar with the wod. Very challenging but a good one.
