Nutrition Challenge People – Max Deadhang Pull Ups

4 Rounds for time of:
15 Toes to Bars
30 Wall Balls (20/14)
60 Double Unders

    deadlift 185×5, 165×5
    Press 70×5, 65×5

    7 dead hand pullups

    33:?? First round + 5 in the second were toes to bar, rest k2e. Definitely under ate yesterday and today.

  4. 25:?? with the 10lb med ball – but I did 20 wallballs in a row with good form. Time to move back up to the 14lb ball. I also did single skips.

    So…I attempted a kipping pullup for fun and a got half way up, I am going to get that pullup sooner or later. This is proof that my negatives are working.
