Mobility Work

For the Nutrition Challenge crew, this WOD will be a baseline evaluation for you.

Sorry for the change…too much of a good thing already this week.

Instead we do

“Cindy”

20 Min AMRAP

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats

Add complete rounds to the board at gym.

    I still really don’t like Pull up’s!

    Improved the PR by 3 rounds and thus am forced to improve again for the Nutrition Challenge…

  5. Good to get back at it! Four days off is too damn long!!!

    Strength to Start:
    5R @ 80% Back Squat
    Warmup: 45×5, 45×5, 95×5, 135×3, 185×2
    Work: 220×5

    Cindy:
    15 rounds + 2 pullups = 22 rep increase over previous

    Cindy History:
    (June 29) 14 rounds + 10 = 8 rep increase over previous
    (April 13) 14 rounds + 2

  6. 15 Rounds, 1 round better than previous attempt… lost most of my time on the pushups.

  7. 22 rounds plus 5 pullups. And my hands didn’t get torn apart! Good job to the evening crew everybody killed it.

    deadlift 195×5, 175×5
    Press 75×5, 65×5

    WOD 9 rounds + 8 pushups. Really wanted at least 10. Pushups were definitely the bottle neck.

  10. 9 Full Rounds + 5 pullups and 2 pushups. All pushups on my toes. I need to work keeping my plank from dropping on these.

    Pullups were using the 2+1 bands
