We have some benchmarks to work on. If you are part of the nutrition challenge, make sure you get your baseline stuff done.

    Tried to keep up with Jon but missed him by one second. Man’s a double under machine…Great job Jon.
    Thought about the vest for a second and then came to my senses! ;o)

    3 reps @ 85% Back Squat (low bar) (+10 lbs)
    Warmup: 45 x 5, 45 x 5, 95 x 5, 145 x 3, 195 x 2
    Work: 235 x 3

    WOD: 20:06

    7 SECONDS TOO SLOW!!!! GRRRRR!!!!

    But I’m over it. I really am. 😀
