Mobility Work

1 Round for time of:

  • 25 Power Snatches (75, 55)
  • 25 Squat Cleans (75, 55)
  • 25 Deadlifts (75, 55)
  • 200 Meter Row
  • 25 Burpee Box Jumps, 20″
  • 25 Pull Ups
  • 400 Meter Run

    Got schooled on the pull up bar by Ben, however, was good motivation to sprint the last 400m of the WOD.
    No worries though, certified Gregg’s gonna have me pseudo kipping in no time…

    * 3 reps @ 85% Press (+4lbs)
    * Warmup: 45 x 5, 45 x 5, 65 x 5, 85 x 3, 105 x 2
    * Work: 119 x 3

    * 3 reps @ 85% Deadlift (+10lbs)
    * Warmup: 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 185 x 5, 215 x 3, 255 x 2
    * Work: 280 x 3

    “Pseudo kipping” – I like it!!!

    Deadlift 205×5, 185×5
    Press 80×5, 70×5

    WOD: 19:30 with 24″ box. I need to make sure that I squat down low enough for the snatches (so that my back doesn’t round).
