Had to change #2 due to weather.

  • 60 Mountain Climbers

  10. Good luck to Greg and Jon. WOD #1 with Mike, went slowly and focused on bettering technique, not sure time wise. WOD #2 was 5 rounds plus 2 thrusters. A big congrats to Sherri who increased her deadlift by 40 pounds! Have a good weekend everybody.

    Gave wod 1 a miss as I’m deadlifting 4x per week right now.

    Wod 2 round an embarrassing 3+6 rounds.

    I need to drop weight on thrusters (and wall balls) to work on endurance.
