Join us in congratulating both GREG and JON for successfully completing the CrossFit Level 1 certification.

Some of the affiliate owners in the maritimes have come together to formulate an Atlantic Box Challenge. Each month, an affiliate will post a workout to the site. Then each affiliate has that month to complete the challenge as Rx’d. Results will then be posted to the site to see how you measure up again athletes from the other gyms.

Snatch 1 Rep Max

Clean and Jerk 1 Rep Max

AMRAP 10 Mins:

6 Squat Cleans (55kg)
12 Pull Ups
24 Double Unders

You have 1 hour from your first snatch to the end of the 10min AMRAP. No longer than 10 minutes between the 1RMs and the WOD.

Add together the best snatch (in kg), the best clean and jerk (in kg), and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score.

  5. CrossFit is CVFMHI that allows LLLDMQ which increases WCABTAMD. CSFS are organic, ACBS are neurological, and PA are a combination of both. Eat MVNSSFLSNS. PFC should start out at 30-30-40. I dreamed in acronyms last night.

    Saw a measure of improvement in regards to DU’S with a PR of 22 reps…

    Snatch: 160lbs (pr)
    Clean and Jerk: 215lbs (pr! Previous clean was 205 and previous c&j was 195)

    Wod was 3 rounds plus 25 reps. Have to work on those double unders. Good work to the evening crew, everyone dis an awesome job!

  10. well today wasnt bad! wrist is still messed up! so i only went to 135 on the snatch! really miss doin all these lifts ALOT!!! on the wod i got 4 rounds + 1 clean! little dissapointed with the wrist 🙁

  12. First…everyone did great today! I was really impressed with everyones efforts…and the newbies showed no fear. Leah, Mike and Ben rocked the Snatches and C&Js despite it being their first time with these movements…

    Well dehydration and lack of warming up got the best of me tonight.
    Was pumped to do WOD and ended up pulling my lat…again!!!! F@#$@$K!

    Anyhow…managed to get through the Snatches and the Clean and Jerk.

    Snatch…165lbs… was a bit scary but pulled it off.

    C&J…PR! 230lbs… looking to hit 250 by end of year.

    Not much of a chance of getting the AMRAP done…. pissed…but hoping to do this again before end of month…get some time on weekend to pace properly….and more PRs to come.

    PS. When did Ray develop DUs??? You impressed me with them today big time. Once we get you kipping I don’t think anything will slow you down…
