Mobility Work

Big Running Cindy”
AMRAP 30 of:
3 rounds of Cindy
200 meter Run

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of 3 “Cindys” and 200 meter Run.  1 round of “Cindy” is 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Squats.

    Tabata Pushup – 9, Gord got 10

  3. Justin 7 rounds, 5 pull ups and 10 push ups
    Sara 6 rounds even (with rowing 200m instead of the run)

  4. 7 rounds plus 2 rounds of Cindy and 4 pullups. Good thing this was on a Friday, I’m gonna be wrecked all weekend. Great job to the evening crew everyone did an awesome job, have a great weekend guys!

    I found it more mental than physical. Contantly keeping at it.
