10am – Information Session, Free Trial Workout

11am – WOD

“Make it a Double”
Complete As Many Reps as Possible of:
2 minutes Wall Balls
2 Minutes KB Swings (53, 35)
2 Minutes Box Jumps (24, 20)
2 Minutes Double Unders

Move from one station to the other on the two minute mark.  The clock does not stop between stations.  Post scores for each station.

    Very, very, very frustrating WOD today. 43 Wallballs (20lbs), 38 Box Jumps (24″), 39 Kettlebell Swings (50lbs)….AND ONLY 21 DOUBLE UNDERS. W-in-the-F?!?! Just an off day I guess, but wow that was tough on the head!
