We know everyone has busy weekends. But if you can squeeze an hour or so ….It’ll be worth it.

Try This Again For The Record Books

Some of the affiliate owners in the maritimes have come together to formulate an Atlantic Box Challenge. Each month, an affiliate will post a workout to the site. Then each affiliate has that month to complete the challenge as Rx’d. Results will then be posted to the site to see how you measure up again athletes from the other gyms.

Snatch 1 Rep Max

Clean and Jerk 1 Rep Max

AMRAP 10 Mins:

6 Squat Cleans (55kg)
12 Pull Ups
24 Double Unders

You have 1 hour from your first snatch to the end of the 10min AMRAP. No longer than 10 minutes between the 1RMs and the WOD.

Add together the best snatch (in kg), the best clean and jerk (in kg), and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score.

Only Rx’d scores will be recorded….

  7. PR’d both Snatch (115) and C&J (140)

    WOD: 3 rounds + 3 Squat Cleans = 129 reps + 116kg = 245?

  8. Pr’d the Clean & Jerk today – 235lbs = 106.82kg
    Matched the Snatch at 165lbs = 75kg

    5 rounds + 2 reps = 212 reps

    Total = 394
