Please take a second to post your concerns about this video. Apparently the Guiness Book doesn’t require full range of motion for the record books. And if it pops up…check the 1000 fastest “push ups”…. hmmm how fast can you do that many elbow bends???

    If more sweat == better athletic performance then I should hold several gym records.

    WOD: 19:03 as Rx’d

    Went for Butterfly Kips on all the pullups. There were probably a bunch that I didn’t technically have my chin over the bar, however I didn’t count the reps that were brutally short. These still need more work….
