Squat Cleans

Work up to a 3 Rep Max

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Deadlift (255, 175)
Burpee

  2. I hate being sick because it means I have to miss good workouts like these.

  3. 6 am…trying to get used to the morning WODs…not so easy. I ended up cleaning 185×3…I think I’m down quite a bit on this, just getting back in to it. I did the wod in 5:59 with 225 DL.

    8:12 with 245lb… forgot to put the 5 pound nipples on the bar 🙁

  6. good workout 2day! did WOD as rx’d and got 5 :39 i think! i felt good about it but a few mishaps with the shorts coulda been 5 min flat! still great workout

  7. 7:28 with 115lbs…Dave maybe you should try some tape to hold your shorts up 🙂

  9. Opted to rest wrist a bit on the Squat Cleans….

    and was going to rest altogether but made a decision. If Dave did it under 6 mins I’ll do it…. and F@#$@#%@$^@$%@$%@#$%@$%@^ he did it under 6.

    So I did. 4:55min. My DL for on the 15…towards the end would be described as ‘what not to do’…. the 9 set was a bit cleaner…
    Had a good group pushing me through it despite my unintentional outburst….inside voice became outside under pressure…..
