Work up to a 3 rep max

Filthy 50

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (35lb)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions (Good mornings w empty bar)
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    21:49 on the 50’s. almost exactly 5 minutes off my last PR on this WOD…..and look out people Justin’s getting stronger. Good sweat this morning!

  6. Great effort this morning guys. It’s great to train with two beasts. (Jon and Justin)

    It think it was 18:55min… morning WODs are a bit rough but nice to get it done.
    Got to 145 on 3M Press….might have been able to do more but I’m content with it for now.

    After doing last nights’ WOD and this one… my legs are wrecked….surprised my back isn’t mad at me…. DL form got a bit ugly for a bit.

  7. OH….and BIG PROPS go to Jon and Justin… both crushed PRs by minimum 5 mins…. HUGE DEAL…. many more PRs to come today!

  11. Today is a rest day for me! But I made it into an active rest day and did a 5k run here at work! Time was 30 min and a couple seconds! Felt good running today and only thing that wanted to give up was my aching legs from the weeks WODS ! Great week and going to tear the nutrition challenge up hahaha
