  1. Just in case some folks might not know, the evening session tonight is at 6pm (and will be all week).

  2. Did this one this morning….17:10. This was pretty rough on the shoulders. Take the 1 Rep Max time before the WOD to work on technique and stretch the shoulders. If you don’t feel comfortable finding the 1RM, it will help just working on technique and finding that balance point. Technique is everything in the OHS.

  3. No 1RM for me today, or OHS in the WOD for that matter. Gotta get this shoulder thing squared away first.
