This is the soft tissue series all our athletes go through each session. Typically, they’ll spend 10-15 seconds on each spot – and obviously do both sides.

TODAY’S WOD

20 Burpees
30 Power Cleans (135, 95)
40 Double Unders
500 Meter Row

    WOD: 8:06 as Rx’d…Burpees never felt so good!

    I curse Mark for his strength and double-under prowess…nice work on catching my slow ass today!

    After watching Jon do some C&J’s (splits) afterwards, I got inspired and tried to do some. Previous PR’s for me on a Clean was 185 (full-squat variety) and 155 for C&J. Today was 195 on the Clean (power) and 185 for the C&J. WOO HOO!

    WOD: 8:34 @ 115lbs for the squat clean

    Did this at 6pm…. 6:28 rx’d. The DU killed me today and the 1:44 row didn’t help either… need to get back into the eating clean again…Vegas was very hurtful in that regard. Bringing in a dress tomorrow…
