Tabata “Hard” Core

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest.

8 Rounds of Body Bridge

8 Rounds of Hollow/Supermans

8 Rounds of V Snaps

8 Rounds of Med Ball Sit Ups

Scoring will be based on total reps completed.

  2. Well, I planned on doing a nice core workout today then relax all weekend.

    That was until someone said, “Let’s do Murph”.

    So seeing how I’ve never done it, love pull-ups, only two others were nuts enough to do it, and am one day shy of my 41rst B-day, I figured should do it… ;o). So much for the older and wiser theory…
