  7. Well I wish I could make it in this week, but with being sick and some stuff goin on I have to deal with! I won’t make it in 🙁

  8. I attempted Annie after “Satan’s Whisker’s” on Wednesday….When you feel DU’s are the rest period part of the WOD…You’re in a new zip code of delusion. Needless to say by 20 it was a a DNF!
    Next time Annie, next time! :o)

    WOD 10:58 as Rx’d (3:19 PR)

    Last time: 12:10

    That’s a -6 on the ol’ improvement scale.

    6 people today on a toasty CrossFit Saturday – good stuff and good work!! Michelle killed this WOD so bad, she HAS to learn DUs for next time 😀
