  1. got to warm up the forearms on this one. grip really comes in to play especially if you’re trying to not drop the bar through out the round.

    I did it in 8:43….egh mondays, eh.

  2. i know your all worried about me! haha jk but i have just been super sick! and am on the mend! i should be in on tues! so watch out ! the big boys back in the house! hahahaha

  3. 13:?? As rx’d, had a rough time with this one.
    Strength: 3×5 Squat @ 215.
    5rm deadlift @ 305

    5×265
    All reps were touch and go, and I’m certain that that isn’t my 5rm.

    WOD: 10:49 @ 115lbs
    I feel like I could’ve gone a little heavier and probably maintained around the same time.
