Deadlift
5 x 3 or 5RM
then
3 Rounds for time of:
42 Double Unders
21 Overhead Squats 95#/65#
14 Chest-to-Bar Pullups

  3. (roar of the crowd cheering her on!) She’s a champ for coming in…at 6am to boot.
    I hope we have a few people show for the 5 and 6… not many 2010 WODs left….

    I guess CrossFit SJ knows how to give the gifts that just keep giving and giving….each and every time you move, stand, sit, lay down, BREATHE…
    Been such a great year with a great group of dedicated athletes and now having two great trainers to help….
    2011 is looking very bright!!!

  4. ugh… with the exception of the deadlifts I’m going to pretend this morning didn’t happen lol I feel bad for you guys hauling your asses out of bed to watch me struggle through that…it was pretty ugly! The good news is, after a long hot bath I’m feeling like a new woman 🙂
