  1. Does anyone notice from the video what all this mobility work has done for my hips? If all you crossfitters want to move like I am in that video (not likely but we can all dream), work on your mobility!

    WOD: 5:46, a little slower than my best (5:31) but it felt pretty good none the less. Great work to everyone that was in today, there were some monster times. Merry Christmas to everyone!

    RANDY. I found this to be limited by available oxygen. Had to ditch my under arnor cause it felt like I couldn’t breath.

    I got to say we keep having these days with killer energy in the gym. We’re getting more and more all the time. People are just knocking down the wods and setting pr’s. I flat out turned to Ben today and said h”ow can you not be addicted to this stuff”. today was one of those days… I love this stuff.

    • It’s so great to see all the improvements and increases in intensity from everyone.
      From the vets as well as the brand new first timers. I too love this shit.

      A couple PRs today.
      Just grabbed a rope and decided to warm up with double unders.
      Previous PR: 113 unbroken
      New PR: 126 unbroken

      Then 2 min AMRAP PU: 40 disappointed.

      Randy Rx’D – 4:29. Rested too much but I guess breathing is important.
