5 x 3 or 5RM
then
6 Rounds for time of:
10 Kettlebell High Pulls 2p/1.5p
10 Box Jumps 20″/16″

  3. Back squat: 45×5, 45×5, 95×5, 135×5, 155×5, 175×5, 185×4(f) weight creeping forward on toes too much.

    WOD: 5:18 @ 50lbs
