Some More Details HERE for 2011 CrossFit Games

  1. Deadlift: 3 repper
    warmup: 95×5, 135×5, 170×5, 215×3, 255×2
    work: 290×3

    WOD: 5 rounds + 3 reps @ 98.1% Rx’d
    Scales:
    I’m kind of mad at myself about this, but I gave up on the L-Pullups in the second round and did the last 4 reps as ‘tuck’ pullups for that round. Then I decided to complete the WOD with L-pullups. So, of my 213 reps, 209 were completed as Rx’d, or 98.1% of them

    L-Pullups started out as “L” then slid to “h” then to ” ” ending in some convulsing shape we are not sure of?? Hellllo goat.

    Thank goodness for push-ups or it would have been a very sad first day back. ;o)

  3. Deadlifts- 145Lb. New record for me. yay. 400 lb deadlift? I’m coming for you! 😛

    WOD: 6 rounds + 40. I could have had 7 rounds in, but I didn’t get those last 2 lunges in on time.. I did the L pull ups with this handy band contraption that could only be described as a cross between a sex swing and climbing gear. It was awkward, but I got ‘er done.

    Wayne and I went 135×5, 225×5, 275×3 and 300×3 on the Deadlifts

    L sits were not as strict as they should have been and are now on the list of goals for 2011.

    Finished 6 rounds and 6 shaky reps

    WOD 7 rounds & 14 reps used #2 band for pull ups

    Deadlift 3 RM 205

    1RM of 215! a PR of 10 lbs. i think i could have gone a little bit more but i had the wod to do and the arms were getting tired lol

  8. Good job Sherri! This was a great WOD, L pullups are brutal! Managed to do 7 rounds plus 5 pullups. Great job to the 5pm crew tonight!

  10. Great to be back … while I was in toronto did a PR for rowing of 1:58 – the lady at the hotel gym thought I was nuts doing this.

    Deadlift 3RM of 205 and PR of 215 only because Sherri did it and Michelle said to do it – who I am to argue

    WOD – 3 rounds with #4 band – getting better at pullups – I wont talk about the Lunges … man are my legs sore … who thought pushups would be a break.

    Great Job by everyone at the 6pm session – again great to be back

  11. This was fun one to start the New Year off with.

    Deadlift 3RM of 215

    I did 5 rounds, 6 pull-ups and 4 push-ups. The pull-ups were with 2 * #1 bands. The push-ups really slowed me down, but I did them all on my toes. I am with Greg now, push-ups are on my goat list. I need to get better at them.

    Great Job on the Deadlifts Chris W, I only made you go for 215 because 205 seemed way too easy for you.
