  1. WOD 5 rounds (bars for dips).

    OHS goat finally (slowly) fading away. Tough on the wrists but flexiblity is slowly coming around.

    Worked on elbow flexibility after WOD to improve thrusters…Still funny ;o)

  3. First workout in the better part of a week… ugh you forget how much energy you actually get from going on a regular basis. Did 4 rounds plus 8 snatches. For the press I did all 5 rounds at 135lbs.

  4. Yeah this one’s tough on the wrists. i’ll have to force myself to massage and ice my forearms tonight. gotta do it….just got to…

    It was nice to see that everyone did the strength component today. We should look at it as PART OF THE WOD!! Nice work everyone!

    wod 4 full and 29reps, did 45 lb bar
    great crew for the 6 pm workout! it’s awesome to see big groups!!

    45, 45, 65, 75, 85, 87.5 (not looking for a PR)

    Took it easy on the WOD as I was experiencing some pretty nasty pain where my shoulder meats my lat. 3 Rounds + 10 with a #2 band for the ring dips (which was admittedly too much assistance).

    45 – 65 – 75 – 80

    5 rounds and 4 Snatches. I used the bar only, took my time to focus on form. I felt great after this WOD (besides the sore elbow).
