  3. If any one has any spare airmiles/cash/Vacation time, it should be used for the week of July 28 – August 7th to go to LA.

    July 29 – July 31: The Crossfit Wolrd Games
    August 5 – 6th: Ancestral Health Symposium at UCLA. (http://ancestryfoundation.org/) The speaker list on this is amazing – 20+ Speakers!!
    and theres time to hit up universal studios in the middle of the week.

    I cashed in some of my Airmiles for this week…I am very excited to go. I’m a bit of a groupie I think.

    Anyone who is interested in going let me know. We can reduce cost by sharing hotel room and transportation costs.

    Managed the WOD in 14:24 at prescribed weight.

    Note to self- don’t ever go more than a couple of days without crossfit..

  10. wod – can’t remember the time i think it was 15: something as rx’d… the deadlifts were the fun part lol… the pushups were deadly lol

  11. 19:21… freaking awesome. Did a deadlift tonight at 135 lbs. Beating my old deadlift at 115 lbs. What a fantastic night. but both knees hurt… looks like I skinned them… ouch!!!!!

  12. Did the Press for first time – worked my way up to 85lbs – worked on form and tried not to do a small squat – thanks Ben for pointing that out.

    WOD – 29:21 thought I was at 95lb for DL until Greg ponted out on round 7 that I had the fat bar – so it was 100lbs – right knee is swollen nothing that ice wont cure at least it is not sore – I have a nice red spot on forehead from pushups – the wife laughed her ass off on that
