5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

  1. WOD: 13 rounds w/ #2 band and knee pushups
    As usual it was the pushups that killed me but they’re getting better – I managed chest to the deck for all of them 🙂

    Heather killed it with 17 rounds. Awesome work!

    Had my hopes set on 20 rounds but Cindy broke my heart… Witch!

    Not a PR (21) but I did all butterflies pullups today. I think I’ve almost got them!

  6. So I decided to try this with the 20lbs vest on as opposed to chasing a PR as this is the 4th time I’ve done this WOD. I got 18 rounds on the nose. Great job to Colleen and Jeff who did this one for the first time and killed it and great job to the rest of the 6 o’clock crew, Sherri kicked ass as usual and Amy did the WOD with the 10lbs vest on, awesome effort tonight!

  7. WOD: 15 rounds + 10 reps, used #1 band. lol thanks a bunch amy!! a huge thank you to Greg and Amy for helping me with my squat before the WOD!! OMG what a difference!! Awesome job by everyone tonight!

  8. lol gees wish i could remember to put everything in in the first comment. First time i did this was back in September, did 14 rounds + 3 reps using the #1 and #3 band!
