As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Push Press 115#/85#
10 KB Swings 50/35
10 Box Jumps 24″/20″


  1. 10 round + 2 reps

    This was way tougher than a regular ol’ 30-rep AMRAP20 (ie – a “5-10-15”). As much as I didn’t want to, had to scale the PP to 95lbs. In the end, this was the right thing to do.

    Now, off for a nap 😀

  2. This was a tough one for sure. 12 rounds as rx’d. Good crew this morning!

  3. Missed Cindy on thursday, so did it today instead. In hindsight it would have been good to do this before the tabata burpees, as my pushups are always the limiting factor.

    13 + 15 reps as rx’d (4 round 2 rep PR from the beginning of the nutrition challenge)

  8. I did Cindy too. 14 rounds and 3 pull-ups (with 2 #1 bands). PR with and upgrade in the band and much better looking pull-ups.
