  5. Good start to a Saturday! Worked up to 95 lbs 3RM for benchpress, 5 lbs over my goal! Woo! And 10-15 lbs over by last 3RM!
    Did some work on my handstands – need to develop better balance
    WOD: 11 rounds + 18 KB swings @ 35 lbs. Did my situps straight-legged

  6. was awesome today! wod 11 rounds + 22 reps, 35# kb, 90 lb bench press, redid the 600 single skips ‘for fun’ HAHAHAH… beat my time from the other night by 1:05!!! my poor calf muscles lol
