2.  Row 10×30 sec Sprints all out efforts. Damper setting is choice,“Come into each sprint at speed to maximize the 30 sec sprint” 2 min recovery between sprints.

    Used multiple vests, ankle weights, and a kettlebell.

    WOD: 20:24 @ 110lbs or “115lbs” – PR! by 1:08

  5. Weighted pullup 1 rm was bodyweight (180lbs) + 85lbs = 265. Failed at 275. WOD was 12:24 but scaled, unfortunately I have a tweaked wrist so I did 75lbs on the clean and jerks and practiced split jerks. Used the grips things for pushups. Did the rowing afterwards with Mike, did 5 rounds of 30 second sprints. Good job to the evening crew!

  6. did pull ups but was rushed so got to 60lbs and struggled a bit.
    missed out on the squats.

    Did the WOD rx’d and added more than a minute to time.

    Did 5 rounds of rowing sprints…. cal count per round was
    17, 17, 15, 15, 17… and the cramping started on way home…good times.

  8. Weighted pullups topped out at bw195 +50 lbs. I was hoping for 60, but failed at 55.

    WOD: 19:43 @ 95lbs

    Last time was 85lbs, 30:40. Not a bad PR considering I’m at half a week of little sleep and subpar food.
