Games Competitors
1.  “Angie”
2.  Choose Strength or Endurance based off of weakness.
Strength:  5 sets of 1 push jerk + 2 split jerks (alt lead legs)
Endurance: 3 sets of: 30 seconds on (30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 seconds off).  Mountain Climbers.  Rest 2 mins between rounds.

  2. Wow.. Spealler is ridiculous. I was surprised when I watched that roundtable at Tahoe and people (Especially Dave Castro a.k.a total dbag) were trying to call him out on not pushing himself far enough. I understand to a degree what they were getting at but trying to accuse this guy of dogging it is a joke. I know I’m ranting a little and I’m very much a Speal fan but everytime I watch him just obliterate a workout I always kind of think back to that and it just seems so ridiculous.

  8. Scott would have watched the whole thing based on a trend I’m learning about his attention span. He sent me a wrestling clip yesterday that still has me shaking my head.

    Did a round of the quasi mountain climbers after the WOD. Thank God Mike put the “no rep” whistle away… Ha ha ha…

  11. Angie- 19:39 with the number 3 band. The pull ups killed me today. Can’t.Feel.my.arms…

    I also came back to work and dropped a bowl of soup because my arms have ceased working and hollered an obscenity in the lunch room in front of one of the executives. Today is a good day. 😆

  16. Wow. This was awful.

    Time: 32:14

    Pullups: single butterflies with the odd 2x or 3x….took 14 mintues
    Pushups: banged out 20 to start, 4’s, 3’s, and 2’s after that….took 8 minutes
    Situps: on Abmat, legs straight, no anchor….took 6 minutes
    Squats: took 4 minutes

    • Against my better judgement I did this one.
      Got the pull up done in under 7min.
      Push ups felt great. Sit up were ok. Had feet squeezing KB.
      Squats were a bit rough.
