“Power Drill”
5 Rounds for time of:
5 Handstand Push ups
10 Power Cleans (135, 95)
15 Burpees
20 Wall Balls
25 KB Swings (50, 35)

  5. I did Angie today as I missed it yesterday and wasn’t sure how the wrist would stand up to some of the movements today. 14:17 as rx’d (pr! Previous was 18:08). Great job to the evening crew that did tonight’s workout, it was nasty and everyone killed it!

  6. wod: 26:45 all 5 rounds / 75 lb power cleans / 20 lb med ball thrusters / HSPU on box… that was definitely a hard one.. lol Great job everyone!!

  7. 4th day of training in a row…again against my better judgement.

    Rx’d – 27:??… not fun…going to sleep for a few days.

    PC – 75lbs : HSPU – on box: Thrusters – 45lbs: KB – 30lb
    pushed myself to do more weight -eg thrusters, KB
    next goal is get all 5 rounds done in same time
