Saturday we’ll have the information session at 11am.

For regular members, we will be having a Goat Day at 10am.

It should be noted that the 6am crew have been going strong. Anyone wishing to join that group are welcome to. They meet Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri.
The morning girls are being bribed with gourmet coffee tomorrow morning. ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. For those who are looking at paleo as your new lifestyle…check this site out…you can order paleo kits. I think they can ship to border… it’s worth it.
    They work out to be around $6-7 per meal…but it could not be more complete

  5. First morning workout and I survived. I don’t remember my time – maybe 8:50?? with the plain bar and using 2 bars for dips. Thanks for the coffee Mike! It made my morning.

    • FYI – CrossFit SJ is not a safe place to store or leave food. We have too many carnivores and people with healthy appetites in there to make any promises. Jenn’s brownies wouldn’t stand a chance of surviving an evening in there

    I completely forgot I did this WOD before!!!! PR by 7:01 AND with 5lbs more!!

    – all ring dips and the weight was actually 130lbs

    L-Pullups: 7:10 as Rx’d

  9. WOD – 19:48 – scaled to 65lbs for SC’s used the box for the dips
    need better form on the SC – squats killed this week
    was there a day that did not have a squat?

    As for the carnivores – I should remember not the feed the animals
    It gets them out of foraging on their own:)

  10. Didn’t feel fantastic about this one – if it’s going to take me that long to finish I need to be doing these things prescribed.
