  6. Ben, come in at lunch and you’ve got yourself a deal!

  7. FROM CROSSFITLISBETH.COM

    Stop your sobbing.

    Really.

The bitching? The moaning? The complaining about the workout? Or your life, your husband, your wife, your kids, your job, your friends, your dog, the mail, the lines in the grocery store, etc etc etc.

It’s not doing any good for anyone, not even you. You only think it’s helping.

Complaining won’t make the bar lighter. Or the kettlebell swings fewer. Or the box jumps easier.

It won’t help you string together more double-unders or pull-ups. It won’t help you hold that L-sit. And it sure won’t make your life better.

    • I want to put this up on wall as a #1 rule. Too much of it going on! It’s frustrating for other members, which in turn makes it a trainer issue. That’s when the sh!t hits the fan.

  8. That was a great workout! Nobody quit, rested, or stood still and watched…Awesome!

I like this one from CF Raleigh http://crossfitraleighnc.com/for-our-athletes

Number five is my favourite. (thinking back to the “Power Drill”) ;o)

Those GHD sit ups were brutal – I dont think I have any flex left in my flexors
I like the Wendler training set up – thanks for the explanation Greg but next time bring the projector – need to have a powerpoint presentation with real time spreadsheets 🙂
